Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 sq. chocolate, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    6 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Beat in eggs, chocolate and vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Stir in nuts. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When cooled, you can sprinkle powdered sugar if you prefer.
