Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook onion and garlic in margarine until transparent.
    Brown ground meat.
    Add flour.
    Cook about 5 minutes over low heat.
    Add salt, pepper, mushrooms and cream of mushroom soup.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add sour cream and heat through.
    Serve immediately. Don't boil the sour cream.
    Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
