Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    2 green peppers
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    3 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
    3 cans tomatoes
    3 or 4 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cook ground beef, peppers and garlic in 1/4 cup cooking oil until beef is no longer pink. Add rest of ingredients and simmer.
