Ingredients

3 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon or lime Jell-O plus 1 pkg. Knox gelatine in 1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onion
1/3 c. white vinegar
2 c. boiling water
3 c. grated cucumber (use large side of grater and pour off all liquid)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O, gelatine, salt and vinegar in boiling water. Chill until like egg whites.
Beat until very fluffy.
Add mayonnaise, cucumbers, onion and sour cream.
Pour into molds. Chill.
