Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, baked
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. minced onion
black pepper
paprika
parsley flakes
Preparation

Cut hot potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out potato, leaving skins intact for restuffing. Beat potato, with cottage cheese, milk, and onion. Spoon mixture back into skins. Sprinkle with pepper, paprika and parsley flakes. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden. Makes 8 servings.
