Best Ever Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. crushed, drained pineapple
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. black walnuts
    2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Add all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl, then mix in oil and eggs.
    Add carrots, pineapple and nuts.
    Grease a 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan and bake 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool and ice.
