Chicken And Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. long grain wild rice (6 1/4 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
Preparation
    Prepare rice as directed on box.
    Spoon into greased casserole.
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Blend in flour; add milk gradually.
    Stir over low heat until thick.
    Add cheese and lemon juice.
    Stir well.
    Add chicken and sauce to rice.
    Mix well. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
