Easy Italian Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. Bisquick
    2 c. grated Mozzarella
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    8 slices process cheese
    sliced pepperoni
Preparation
    Cook beef, onion and garlic until brown; drain.
    Stir in sauce, mushrooms, sugar, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes. Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease or use Pam in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix Bisquick with milk and egg; spread 1/2 of mixture in dish. Top with 4 slices of cheese.
    Spoon beef mixture over cheese. Place pepperoni on top.
    Top with 4 slices of cheese.
    Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
    Drop remaining Bisquick mixture on top.
    Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
