Banana Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. ripe bananas
1/2 c. canned sliced pineapple
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1/4 c. celery
1/4 tsp. salt
enough mayonnaise to moisten well
Preparation

Dice bananas, pineapple, celery and chicken.
Mix bananas and pineapple together to prevent discoloration of the bananas. Lightly add other ingredients.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
Garnish with chopped nuts and ripe or stuffed olives.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
