Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift together 1 1/2 cups of flour, yeast and cinnamon.
    Heat milk, water, raisins, sugar, oil and salt over low heat until just warm.
    Add liquid to dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
    Stir in more flour to make a soft dough.
    Turn out on floured board. Knead until manageable (3 minutes).
    Cover with bowl.
    Rest 30 minutes.
    Roll out on corn meal or flour until 1/2 inch thick.
    Cut into 3 to 4-inch circles.
    Place on buttered cookie sheet sprinkled with corn meal or flour.
    Let raise 30 minutes.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
