Easy Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/2 c. sour cream
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in skillet and drain off fat. Blend together in separate bowl soup, sour cream and water. In large rectangular pan, layer 1/2 the potatoes and sauce; salt and
    pepper. Top with 1/2 the browned and drained pork chops. Layer with remaining potatoes and sauce; salt and pepper. Top with remaining pork chops. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
