Linda'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium red potatoes
    1 stick corn oil margarine
    1/2 c. water
    Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. dry Good Seasons Italian dressing
Preparation
    Slice potatoes about 1/4-inch thick.
    Place side by side or in a \"fallen domino\" pattern in casserole or cake pan.
    Add the water.
    Cut up margarine in small pieces and place them on the potatoes.
    Sprinkle with the dry Italian dressing.
    Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
