Country Rib Special - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. country style pork ribs
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation

Early in day or day before, heat ribs to boiling in uncovered saucepan with enough water to cover.
Simmer on low for one hour or until fork-tender.
Drain.
Place ribs in barbecue sauce. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Cook 30 minutes on grill or broil or bake in oven.
Be careful not to overcook because meat has been precooked.
It needs only to be well heated through to bring out flavor of marinated meat.
Sieved broth may be used for soup.
