Ingredients

1/2 c. water
1/2 c. dry skim milk powder
1 Tbsp. honey
1/2 c. plain yogurt
3/4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients.
Drop by small spoonfuls onto hot oiled griddle.
For thinner pancakes, increase amount of water.
