Potato-Mushroom Casserole(Bulgaria) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound potatoes, peeled and cut up
    1/2 pound mushrooms, cut in half if large
    Parsley, chopped
    1 Celery stalk, chopped
    salt or seasoned salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 cup water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients well in a casserole dish and bake in oven for 40 minutes or until potatoes are cooked. Serve hot or at room temperature. Peas, carrots and peppers may also be added if desired before baking.
