Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar (1/2 c. in custard, remainder goes in meringue)
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
5 bananas
vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and salt; mix well.
Add egg yolks.
Beat well.
Add milk.
Mix well.
Cook approximately 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla.
