Southern Hot Pot - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 oz. lean diced pork
2 Tbsp. oil
4 Spanish onions, chopped
3 tomatoes, sliced
1/2 savoy cabbage
1 carrot, sliced
salt to taste
1 Tbsp. vinegar
14 oz. diced beef
4 cloves garlic
6 yellow peppers, sliced
1/2 cabbage, shredded
1 small head cauliflower
1 parsnip, sliced
1 tsp. paprika
handful of chopped parsley
Preparation

Saute the onions in hot oil until transparent.
Remove from heat; sprinkle with paprika and mix well.
Place cloves of garlic in the bottom of large ovenproof pot.
Add 1/3 of the vegetables (tomatoes, cabbage, carrot, peppers, cauliflower and parsnip).
On top of this, add half of the meat.
Add another layer of vegetables, the rest of the meat and the rest of the vegetables, flavoring each layer with salt and pepper.
Put onions on top and sprinkle on vinegar.
