Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    10 oz. boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. green peppers
    1/2 c. red peppers
    1/2 c. onions
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    3 oz. sliced water chestnuts
    1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    In medium mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup chicken broth, soy sauce, 1 teaspoon oil, garlic powder and ginger.
    Mix well.
    Add chicken and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
