Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. pecans, cut fine
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Pour oil in bowl.
Sift flour, sugar, spice and salt together. Add 1/2 part of this and 1 egg at a time until all is used.
Add nuts and carrots.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0 in tube pan.
