Whole Wheat Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. honey
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    3 1/2 to 4 c. all-purpose flour
    melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Heat milk to 110\u00b0 to 115\u00b0, remove from heat.
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm milk in a small bowl.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Combine remaining milk, honey, shortening, salt and whole wheat flour; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add yeast and eggs; mix well.
    Gradually stir in enough all-purpose flour to make a stiff dough.
    Place in a well-greased bowl, turning to grease top.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place (85\u00b0), 1 hour or until doubled in bulk.
