Overnight Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 slices bread, crusts removed
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese, grated
    1 lb. bacon, sausage or fresh mushrooms, cooked
    3 c. milk
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Arrange bread in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle cheese over bread.
    Cover with meat or mushrooms (or combination). Mix eggs, milk and salt.
    Pour over all.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
