Jalapeno Pepper Corn Bread - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c self- rising corn meal
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c diced onions
1 can whole kernel corn, including liquid
1/2 c cooking oil
1/2 jalapeno pepper, chopped (or more if want hotter)
3 eggs, well beaten
