Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lasagne
1 lb. hamburger
1 brick Wisconsin sharp Cheddar
1 brick Monterey Jack
1 qt. cottage cheese
1 qt. Prego spaghetti sauce with bell peppers, onions and mushrooms
Preparation

Cook lasagne; drain and rinse.
Brown hamburger; drain and crumble.
Grate cheeses, putting each in a separate bowl.
In a large baking dish, start with lasagne, layering each item (lasagne, meat, cheeses and sauce), finishing with a layer of lasagne and remainder of Prego sauce.
Top with sharp cheese. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Can be heated through in the microwave and is done when cheese topping melts.
