Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender and drain.
    Mash until smooth.
    Add other ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
    Place in microwave.
    Heat through and through.
    No grease necessary except when using electric oven, then put in greased dish and heat at 350\u00b0 until warm. This will stay good in refrigerator about a week.
