Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches carrots, cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces and cooked
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Mix sauce; pour it over carrots while hot.
    Serve cold.
