French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    8 to 10 slices stale bread
    icing sugar for sprinkling
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, put eggs, sugar, salt and milk.
    Mix together thoroughly.
    Dip bread slices in batter.
    Fry on lightly greased medium hot pan.
    Brown on both sides.
    Serve sprinkled with icing sugar and fresh strawberries for a special treat.
