Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can refried beans
1 jar picante sauce
1 pkg. small flour tortillas
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef, drain. Mix in 1/2 jar picante sauce.
On each tortilla, spread refried beans, a tbsp. of meat mixture, and a small amount of cheese.
Roll up each tortilla and place in 9 x 13 inch pan.
Spread remaining picante sauce over tortillas and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted and bubbly around edges.
