Sausage Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 1/2 c. celery, coarsely chopped
    2 small pkg. instant chicken noodle soup
    4 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 c. blanched almonds
Preparation
    Brown sausage; pour off excess fat.
    Add bell pepper, onion and one cup celery to sausage and saute.
    Set aside.
