Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. oil
    3 c. carrots, grated
    1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
    1 c. pineapple, drained
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Blend sugar and oil; add eggs.
    Fold in dry ingredients and mix well.
    Add drained pineapple and carrots and mix.
    Fold in walnuts or pecans.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for 35 minutes.
    Use a 13 x 9-inch pan.
