Lo-Cal Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. peeled tomatoes
    3 1/2 qt. water
    8 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1 lb. carrots
    1 lb. celery
    1 pkg. peas
    1 tsp. curry
Preparation
    Deskin and bake chicken at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cut meat into small pieces.
    Cook tomatoes, garlic and water 2 1/2 to 3 hours, until reduced by half.
    Add chicken, peas and spices and other vegetables.
    Cook 1/2 hour.
    Yield:
    15 cups, 95 calories per cup. Salt and pepper to taste.
