Old Fashioned Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small white potato (large egg size)
    creamy peanut butter
    4 x powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cook potato with jacket on. Peel and mash very fine. Add sugar, enough to make a very stiff dough. Roll mixture out and spread with creamy peanut butter. Roll up like a jelly roll. Cool in the refrigerator. Slice to serve.
