Ingredients

1 pkg. crescent dinner rolls
1 lb. sausage, browned
2 c. frozen hash browns
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Spread crescent rolls in bottom of lightly greased cookie sheet or jelly roll pan to form a crust.
Brown sausage and drain fat.
Put sausage on crust and layer with hash browns.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Cheddar cheese.
Combine eggs and milk and pour over all.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
