Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 cup flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon soda
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 egg (beaten)
    2/3 cup milk (more if batter is too thick)
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Mix egg and milk together.
    Add dry ingredients, beat until smooth.
    Hold finger over bottom of funnel.
    Pour in some batter.
    Remove finger and let batter drip in a spiral motion in pan filled with 1-inch of hot oil, 375 degrees. Fry until golden brown, turning once.
    Remove from pan and drain on a paper towel.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
