Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs, unbeaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts
2 medium bananas, diced
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly (do not beat).
Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Let cool in pan.
