Crawfish Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. crawfish tails
    5 medium onions, minced
    3 stalks celery, minced
    4 medium bell peppers, minced
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    6 slices stale bread
    cooking oil
    black pepper
    red pepper
    salt
Preparation
    Combine minced vegetables and brown well in enough cooking oil to barely cover.
    Pour off excess oil when vegetables are browned. Grind crawfish tails.
    Soak bread in water and wring out water.
