Dried Peach Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. cooked, dried peaches, sweetened to taste
Preparation
    Line
    pan
    with pastry.
    Put in peaches.
    Beat together until light.
    Pour
    over peaches.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until crust is brown, then lower heat until done.
    Use egg whites for top.
