White Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. white chocolate chips
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix marshmallow cream, butter and chips; set aside.
    In saucepan, cook sugar and milk on medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Bring to boil and continue boiling and stirring for 9 minutes.
    Pour over ingredients in bowl; add vanilla.
    Stir very well until creamy.
    Pour into greased 10 x 15-inch pans.
    Makes 2 large Pyrex pans.
