Mary Lou'S Easy Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 raw egg
    2/3 c. olive oil
    2 to 3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 green onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    3 to 4 inches anchovy paste
    3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix egg, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, parsley, garlic, onion, mustard and celery salt in blender, then add anchovy paste and parsley flakes.
    Then add Parmesan cheese.
    If mixture is too thin, add another egg and more cheese to make thick and creamy. Put dressing in refrigerator to chill until ready to serve.
