Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 medium slices soft bread, torn in pieces and 1 c. milk or 1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. minced onion
    salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Bake in shallow pan for 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
