Clam Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ears corn
    4 chicken quarters
    4 potatoes, quartered
    4 onions, quartered
    2 stalks celery, cut
    1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in chunks
    1 doz. steaming clams
Preparation
    Cover bottom of large pot with 1-inch of water.
    Put in rack. Layer corn, chicken, potatoes, onions and celery.
    Put sausage on top.
    Cover with aluminum foil with holes punched in it.
    Add clams.
    Bring to full steaming boil.
    Reduce heat to medium.
    Cook 45 minutes.
    Serves 4.
