Meat Loaf Men Will Eat - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
about 4 slices bread
1 egg
1 c. milk
about 1/4 c. onion
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
couple shakes salt
about 1 tsp. pepper
about 1 tsp. chili powder
catsup

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well by hand in large bowl except catsup. Shape a loaf by hand in ungreased rectangular pan.
Spread enough catsup over loaf to cover top.
Bake uncovered 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
