Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 or 4 ripe bananas, mashed fine
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream together Crisco, sugar and 1 egg at a time. Add bananas. Beat. Sift dry ingredients together; add to creamed mixture slowly. Add vanilla and nuts. Bake in loaf pan at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
