Honey Pears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 firm, ripe pears
    4 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
    1 Tbsp. walnuts, finely chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Peel and core pears so they have a hole right in the center or filling will run out.
    In small bowl, combine honey, powdered ginger and walnuts.
    Place pears in a shallow baking pan and spoon honey mixture into pears.
    Bake 45 minutes or until pears are tender.
