Spice Ornaments - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. ground cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    2 Tbsp. cloves
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1 c. applesauce
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Stir in applesauce.
    It will be thick.
    Roll out 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut with cookie cutter and lay on brown paper.
    Let dry for 4 to 5 days, uncovered.
    While wet, take a toothpick and cut hole for ribbon. Smaller cookie cutters work best.
    Use spatula to place on brown paper.
