Finger Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pita bread (6 to 8-inch)
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno pepper
    4 sliced ripe tomatoes, halved
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced ham
    2 pitted olives, sliced (optional)
    alfalfa sprouts (optional)
    1/8 Tbsp. ground cumin
Preparation
    Cut pita bread into 8 wedges and lightly toast.
    In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, cumin and jalapeno pepper.
    Spread each wedge with a dab of the mayonnaise mixture.
    Top with half sliced tomato and 2 slices of your favorite ham.
    Garnish with a slice of olive and a few sprouts.
    Serve.
