Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg (8 ounces each) cream cheese
    1 pkg (4 ounces) blue cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    parsley
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Have cheese at room temperature, mix all ingredients well. Chill then form into a ball.
    Roll in parsley and chopped nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
