Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. light brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. rolled oats
1 c. jelly beans, cut up
Preparation

Cream together butter and sugars.
Beat in egg, baking soda, baking powder, salt and vanilla.
Stir in flour and oats until blended.
Add jelly beans.
Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Drop rounded spoonfuls of batter about 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen.
