Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    3 tsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) or 3 (3 oz.) Philadelphia brand cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar (1/2 c. is enough)
    1 can Carnation milk, chilled and whipped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add lemon juice.
    Cool. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
    Add gelatin.
    Mix well.
    Fold in whipped milk. Pour into dish lined with vanilla wafers or Graham Cracker Crust.
