Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped or spears
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayo
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
Preparation

Saute onion in margarine until tender.
Set aside.
Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Drain.
Blend soup, mayo, mushrooms and onions together.
Place broccoli on bottom of baking dish.
Spread soup mixture over broccoli.
Cover with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
