Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bread crumbs
2 small eggs
3 rounded Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. lump crab meat, picked
butter
Preparation
-
Blend all ingredients except crab.
Add crab meat and toss gently.
Mold into cakes and fry in butter until browned.
Makes 8 to 10 cakes.
